Disabling Skill on item casting

Hey all, I have an issue of my Character wanting to use Harald of Ice (because it is on a ring) and unfortunately with my build, if that is used I won't have enough mana to attack. Is there a way to disable specific skills?

I have the box in OldRoutine unchecked where it says "EnableAurasFromItems," and I can't think of anything else :/

You may also need to disable Enable Aura From Items in Mapbot also if you are mapping. Mapbot has its own buffing tasks.

OldRoutine = Buff inside the map.
Mapbot = Buffing while in your Hideout.
