Disabling FlightPaths for Store Profiles

Previously I would have just edited the profile to UseFlightPaths="False"
Is there anyway to do this for profiles obtained via the store?

Would it be possible to do this via a plugin, or an override in HB settings?

Answering this after a few months because no one else did and maybe it'll save someone the effort of looking into it. The old issues with flight paths don't really exist anymore. I haven't seen a single issue with letting this run as is now. Anyone seeing an issue should just post a log and get assistance.
