Disable healer from dpsing?

I was wondering if there is a way to stop a healer from dpsing in dungeons, I want it to just focus on healing. There have been a few times when someone had died because it was focused on dpsing. I use the defaults that come with honorbuddy.

Singular has a number of configurables that allow you to tune this to your liking.

Honorbuddy
→ Settings & Tools
→ Class Config
→ "General" tab
→ "Group Healing/Support" section
→ tune to your liking​
