Difficulty of all profiles resetting to Normal even if I start it on Torment

Well since patch 2.0.2 and so on... I've had this issue with Demonbuddy profiles , is there anything that I'm missing to configure?

Is there a parameter on the Profile itself that must be edited with notepad++ in order to set certain difficulty?

Change the difficulty in settings > bot, then down bottom right there is a difficulty option with a drop down box.
