Didn't get my key

Greetings, yesterday I purchased a key for rebornbuddy for a month. They asked me to wait one business day. A day has passed, but the key is still not received. I wrote to the support and sent a friend request to the author on the discord, but there was no answer. I really want to get my key. Thank you.
