Did your mule account got ban?

This is a burning query, please help answer it guys.


I had 5/5 banned today. 1 of them my main account which i used for the selling on RMAH.

My main account was botting as well since i thought that i might as well make use of that account.

I intend to buy more d3 to bot again thats why i would like to know if its best to have a mule account and not bot it, or will that mule account that doesnt bot, get ban as well.

I keep an unbotted mule account just for this purpose. It didn't get banned, but has made $150 or so in the time since my bots (5/5) were banned. Get a mule account and don't bot it.

as long as the mule is not botting they wont ban him eh? i just have to transfer the stuff to him eh

Did you transfer all items to mule from botting accounts? And mule did not get hit?

did you bot your mule to 60? did you hand level it to 60? or is your mule lvl1?

I still have my mule account. I leveled 3 toons to 60 using DB like 4 months ago. All paragon level 0. Traded items and gold to this account from my 5 bots everyday. 5/5 bots banned - Mule safe.

I've yet to see a truly legit mule account get banned. If you bot on the account at any point in time, you have a chance of being banned. Get a character to 60 and let it sit. Do not bot on the account or your likelihood of getting a ban is significantly higher.

If they banned mules they would have to ban every single account found to be buying gold outside the RMAH.. Which just isn't going to happen they would have a ban wave that would make this 1 look like a joke... So unbotted mules will always be safe IMO..

Maybe in future, before patch day transfer all the bots items, gold & gear to the mule, so if its banned the losses are less
