I got banned last night on a 3 week old acct. Used kick's 1-90 qb. Once I hit 90 I used gatherit's mega gathering profiles. Never once sold anything on the AH, just farmed herbs and made shoulder enchants for gold for personal use..

That story is very similar to mine, but I haven't been banned yet. How long was your ban, do you play WoW Europe or U.S and how many hours a day did you bot?
 
Gathering account got banned last night. It's been on pretty much 24/7 since October, except the 10 day break I took, so no real surprise.
 
did anyone else read the new announced terms before you accepted them? they told something about a "new scan methode" you have to allow them. might be the reason for this bans?
 
I've never used any relogger. I'm usually able to check on my bots frequently enough that being logged out for 4-6 hours is actually realistically helpful for me.
I was, however, using the Mega Mining Route C, which I believe I read earlier in the thread that a few others were using as well.

Since your ban have the word 'hacks' in it?
 
2/2 bots are banned on EU. Emailed them and turned them to 72h suspension. I was farming dungeons on both accounts, both got monitored for 2 full days, 3rd day got the bans (according to their email)

Did your 2 accounts that got banned, get banned for 'hacks'?

I got 3 farming accounts banned using multi-profiles. Never did sell gold or move gold from my accounts.

thats what i discovered today, when i updated on my laptop... i think that's bad ;)
maybe the devs have an idea on this?
 
I got banned for "hacks" on gatherer account. I remember the other night something weird happened with ARelog where honorbuddy was crashing and the char was standing in one place for hours. Might of been that... Also AHed on lvl 1 bank alt and sold gold on same character (noob mistake.)

Yeah, I've been doing that on the Europe servers. I try not to use the auction house, and prefer the method of milling and selling the BoP shoulder enchants. I never would have considered that a risky method. D:
