Did you guys try to argue with blizzard about it and send e-mails like " i did not bot unbann me " ?

Hey Why my acount is banned??????????????????
My all family play D3 ,Wow.And i play today all day long key runs whit frends.PLs i whana have my acc back.Dont make me sad pls will stop play WOW,D3 .I am spending alot of money to Blizzard this is not nice from you to susspend or give it a ban to my account.Which i have play at self my brother my daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Pls dont do this to us!You loose customers...............Hope will manage this mistake -I am 32 years old and you make my child sad cose of your mistake!

Any heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new licence. If you add a new Diablo III licence, the new account will overwrite your old account and any prior heroes or items will be permanently erased.
We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time spent on Battle.net.
