You will find more information regarding the 1-to-3 update here: https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/home

You don't receive email, they just upgrade your session count, is my understanding. To be certain, send email to the BosslandGmbH front office at [email protected] and ask.

how long will they understand in this situation? as I understand key must automatically be renewed?

the upgrade process is not automatic

it can take up to 24 hours
