did anyone using buddy during (and leading up to) the ban wave NOT get banned?

Where's the today's banwave?
Expected it an hour ago or so, just like the last two ones.

Using new proxies, everything I've started since, on a similar 6-8 hr/day schedule gets banned a day or two later. They're not banning based on your key bindings. That's way too loose for a company like GGG.

Hell, even when I play by hand I keep move bound on my hotbar to the space key so I can save on right hand finger fatigue. A lot of people bind actions like move to the scrolling of the mouse wheel for fatigue too. There's no way they're banning people for having weird hotkeys.
 
I'll share this...

Was botting HARD on main account. 20-24 hrs a day. My one and only main account.

Shortly before bans rolled out I started playing by hand. Made a trade. Was BSing with the guy I traded with. Was disconnected. It was weird cause I am almost never DC. IT was like I was lagging hard. Tried logging in several times and could not connect to GGG. Finally got back in. Finished convo with the guy.

I wonder if playing by hand saved me, and I was in the process or chopping block for being banned? IDK. But I couldn't log in either, and that was really weird for me. Bot was up, but stopped whole time, so prob still injected? Later on I tried to restart the bot and I couldnt auth. SAVED MY ASS prob. Haven't botted since and my acct is ok for now. (Dooming myself here, I know)

I have no idea what happened or how. I suspect playing by hand at the time of the bans might have saved me. Do what you want with this info...

OP asked for "particular" information from those who weren't banned. I botted recklessly and avoided ban somehow. Some people had their accounts logged out and were still banned. It's obviously not as simple as "if you was playing with bot = ban , if you don't = no bans?" Maybe someone who isn't a butthurt little bitch will find something useful from my story. Probably not, but the info is there just in case.

You use autologin plugin?
 
even though it was a simple inject detection, ggg isn't stupid enough to ban every single one outright.

Yes, but at the time the bans when out I had pressed the stop button, though the bot was still up. After I was DC bot closed on its own and after several failed attempts, and a few minutes between them, I was able to login to PoE.

edit: Additionally, I did not use Idler. I was botting so obviously that I was half expecting a ban any day just for being so damn obvious. I don't know guys

I was not banned.
My shit was running through the initial wave until auth servers went down.
Ive used it several times since the first wave and am still on my same account right now.
I dont use idler
I dont exchange currency at vendors with EB
I have a good loot filter and scroll thresholds
 
On the day of the initial ban I woke u p to my bot still going. I shut it down when I saw the news and never started it back up. Got away unscathed.
