Couldnt agree more. Aside from doing garrison chores, i raided mythic 3 nights a week. I only used a CR on so fights but not all. I was taking a break til legion once we cleared but now i guess ill stay 11/13M for 6 months ;_;
I too needed a break but being disabled kept me going because this game is all i had as far as i hobby. 11 years gone, not wasted, but lesson learned.

Wish all of you guys the best and good luck with what ever yall decide from here :)

I enjoy botting to be honest, I don't sell gold since the token kicked in... So I just bot, because I like to bot =) It's my game, the botting game, the addon game, the AH game, and ofc raid twice a week or so =)

I enjoyed the same, adding the stuff of collecting rare things (mounts, pets, toys...), and exploring the world when the bot is not doing the dirty work.

In the personal, thats all, and thats not really filling for me, if not for im a very curious person. But paying what I pay does not worth it. 2 beers give me inspiration to write or to create stuff (in whatever way), last me one and half day every one, and worth more than just burning time exploring the same fictional world over and over again.

You know what? Im trying MC again!! With the Sky Factory 2 modpack. In a server. I just passed the first whole huge milestone of starting with the stone age and now im defining the shape my industrial base is gonna have. And im enjoying it :D

Must look what Steam has to offer. Otherwise Diablo III is still alive and you pay only one Time at this Game.

I would suggest Dwarf Fortress. Its free, and its hard. As the game describes itself with a phrase: "Losing is fun" (and its really, REALLY easy to lose).

I couldn't really stand wow, I just enjoyed coding personal plugins/profiles and having them manipulate the game to my will lol. So without HB wow is just a repetitive outdated game that needs to be surpassed by something unique and better.

I like playing with my resto druid, but can't do it for more than an hour tho

Since wow I've started hacking in League of Legends (leaguesharp) gotta say its pretty badass. logged in no idea what I'm doing (never made it past silver but nvr rly played ranked to be fair) and placed in plat lol

used to be fun when my friends and i would all get on on weekends and play together and do dungs and quest back on LK but now that we go to different colleges and what not we have not all been on at the same time since early cata. also ever since a close friend of mine passed away our group has not been the same. o an yea the content blows chunks for the past few expansions. its sad that you can finish panda quest line in a month or less -.-.

OP: I've had your same feelings everytime I get banned but rest assured it gets easier with time.

You ever feel like you're the bot and Blizz is the botter?

I feel like a grinding machine in a virtual enviroment all filled with sparkling lights, and where EVERY FCKING CREATURE is more or less sentient and can and will attack you (sooner or later). I ve seen plants that dance, trees that dance, frogs that dance, and almost every weird kind of thing turned into some antropomorphic creature... Who can dance.

Some times I think about how silly Super Mario World´s world was, with those clouds with faces, bushes with faces, and pretty much everything out there with face. Then I remember about WoW...

That's funny/ I almost quit wow the first time a broadsword dropped off an Elwynn wolf... and now I'm with you V.

im old player , i enjoy playing wow everyday , i sleep on keyboard till WOTLK

the game is awesome in BC but after that i didnt enjoy anymore and start using honorbuddy

from lvl 80 to lvl 100 i use honorbuddy to do everything , if honorbuddy stop i stop , if it work i work

the best wow was in lvl 70

The truth is that if there was a better game out there then people would play it, in terms of MMORPG it's really hard for small companies to start-up because of the amount of bugs it contains and getting both male and female to play (otherwise you end up with EVE Online sausage fest). Also with the casualization of the games that we now play is also a problem (shoot an rpg at a player in bf4 and he'll just fall over due to certification rating).

The only reason WoW hasn't lost a lot more subscribers is because it's sadly the best mmorpg currently out, once something takes it's place then it's going free to play.

Ironically these types of threads always appear after a banwave, like a vote on why you bot in the first place and what's missing from the game etc, if the game wasn't such a grindfest then people wouldn't bot... Arena is an example of where they haven't screwed up.

Idk... WoW has many funny and interesting features, but when you have played a lot and you know everything is just the same but with different colors... It all ends there.
Actually, I believe its all about the colors. The game has an archaich graphical engine, but its colors... You can contemplate whatever given scene for quite a while; it doesnt matter the scene. Just an empty one. And that makes half of the game atractiveness. Now put that together with a nice music and characters running while balancing their bodies, and you have almost an entire WoW. All thats left is the contentless grinding.
God. I could play WoW even without the grinding. Even if the game would be just a touring game. And thats because the beauty of its scenarios... Even if they are ilogical.

No. WoW is not even a good mmopg. Runes of Magic (and many other games) had many of its features long before Blizzard even thought about implementing them.
