They drop at random.. I had 3 drop playing for 2 hours.. then i've gone for weeks without seeing them.. try wearing a topaz in ur helm with leorics crown to increase the magic find. it's a small boost but over the long run it will help out

I had 2 the first day, none since. I have weps waiting too. You would think with them stacking to 100 they would drop more. WTF

Also for best drop rate, it just like any other legendary, so farming somewhere where your LPH is high. T6 is the best if you can clear fast. If not then lower lvl Grifts might be the way. But if you a very geared I recommend fast clear T6 Normal Rifts!
