Diablo3 retail has stopped working

I just bought my 3 months key a week ago and went for a try with DB each day. Everytime after I started DB for 1 minute, there is a crash saying" D3 retail has stopped working". I will be really appreciated for you help.

My pc is Win10 64bit

run a D3 repair and make sure your OS it is updated

I ran the D3 repair and updated my OS. but the problem is still unsolved
