Diablo III Retail has stopped working...

New user of Demonbuddy. D3 works fine except when I run DB.

After a couple of minutes with the bot handling combat nicely, the game client crashes with the above error message.


  • I have checked video drivers, and have the most up-to-date WHQL-compatible.
  • I am running no programs that are incompatible with Bossland products.
  • I opened outbound ports in the firewall for DB. Also tried with firewall disabled, and anti-virus disabled. No improvement.
  • I reinstalled both the game client and Demonbuddy.
  • I did a selective startup of Windows 7 with minimal services and still encountered the problem.

Logs provided below. Appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks!

Solved and closed. In my first round of troubleshooting I had removed GeForce Experience as per the list of incompatible products. However, it seems that during uninstall, nvspcap64.dll was somehow removed from the Windows/System 32 directory. Once I restored that, rebooted, did a clean install of both D3 and DB, all was well.

Elektro, thanks for the suggestion. Everything is worth a look when trying to find a solution. I appreciate the help.
