Diablo III retail has stopped working

Hello everybody!

I'm pretty new to D3 and Demonbuddy aswell. The last two days a face a new problem which i can't find any solution for.

It happens when i start d3 and then Demonbuddy, chose the profile it should run and hit the start butto. So far so good.

Everything runs as it should. BUT if I click now into the D3 Window (while Demonbuddy is running or even after I stopped Demonbuddy and click into the D3 Window) - my D3.exe gets the "Diablo III retail isnt working anymore"

I already reinstalled D3, Demonbuddy and tryed some versions of trinity.

I attached my log from today, hopefully someone can help me

Yup, tried the regular build #411 aswell as the beta one both result in the same problem.
