Diablo 3 System inquire Urgent help !!!

Hi I used post a question before . but no one reply me so here I post again, hopefully some Pro-Player can reply me
so i'm currently running 2 diablo 3 window but its lagging or frozen sometimes. so my guess is maybe because my graphic card is not enough
i need someone who know more about computer setup give me some suggestion. so right now im using Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1GB
graphic card. and my friend who is IT told me that I my graphic card is speeding up. so i'm thinking get another one, and i have SLI ready, the
thing is i'm not familiar with Radeon , the motherboard i use is ASUS P8Z68 -V LX [VGA DVI HDMI] SATA 6Gb. i was EVGA fans for many many years,
i didnt noticed when I brought my computer, so I just got my computer just couple months ago. so here is my concern and need Pro-player give me some suggestion
i'm just normal college student i cant spending too much just need need help with very common ones.
should I replace my 550Ti add another graphic card to save money? i'm very familiar with Radeon since i double check with my motherboard it only can insert Radeon models graphic card
or should i take off my current graphic card get a something like GTX680 or 690 something like that, please help this is very urgent to me or i waste a lot money >.<

You sure you're a college student? English probably isn't your first language so it's all good I guess.

Do you keep all of your diablo windows on max settings?
Right now I use a Radeon HD 6870 2gb and I have no problem running 4 D3 windows with no max framerate, GW2 on max settings, and a youtube window all at the same time.

Before I got my new card I had an nVidia GTX 260. On it I was able to run 2 WoW + bots, 2 D3 + bots, and a SWTOR + bot with no problems.
The thing is, I had everything on the lowest settings.

Try this before you buy new hardware. Keep your bots on all lowest graphics settings with max foreground and background framerates at around 20 fps.

Also, stuttering can occur when your CPU load is maxed out. Make sure your CPU can handle the load you are throwing at it.
My i5 760 is OCed at 4.0 GHz

if I do not replacing my 550Ti which 2nd SLI i should use? i'm not familiar with Radeon graphic card . i cannot afford too much, just OK graphic card
but looking for very common and popular one

im i7 2600k 3.40GHZ
16gb RAM. when the graphic card box say "SLI ready" is that means you can use SLI?
my motherboard is SLI ready, but they said my motherboard cannot support EVGA brand?
 
Saying that your motherboard doesn't support EVGA branded video cards doesn't make sense.
It can.

Your card should be fine for what you are doing.
 
this is my motherboard
- Intel Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LX [VGA DVI HDMI] SATA 6Gb/s USB3 {4
DDR3 Slots}

under it it said "- [SLI / X-fire] Second Video Card: *SLI or X-fire capable motherboard"

but i dont know why why cant insert another graphic card, because the motherboard i using cannot insert another one. Radeon, but if you know more about my motherboard please let me know more detail what kind brand my graphic card can insert, talking about the X-fire and SLI.

there is a lot similar motherboard different model not sure which one is it, but i think mine is this
