Diablo 3 RoS Account got demoted to a Starter Edition

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if this happened ONLY to me. I want to know if there are others out there who also has this issue.

Last 3 days ago, I was creating a game when suddenly there was an error message that said, "cannot create game". So I tried logging out then in. When I've logged in, there are no more hereos in my account. And a message says that I need to buy a copy of Diablo 3 and RoS.

I don't know WTF happened. Please let me know if there are others out there who have experienced the same.

yeah this happens if account gets locked etc should have some email

The problem is I never received any email from Blizz.

did the payment for RoS get revoked/fail? if not. id try putting a ticket in or something
