Diablo 3 framerate drop

Hello. Recently I bought a very powerful PC even with SSD for system and diablo+demonbuddy. But I still experiencing a drop in framerate on Diablo, when the D3 window is inactive. Once i click on it to make it active the framerate drop is gone, but as soon as i make some else window active, framerate is dropping again.
Note, this happens occasionally, not everytime. Also this was happening on my *old* (1year old) PC aswell, so I think it should be common.
Nevertheless, I want to ask for a possible solution to fix this problem, if that is even possible. Btw I am using Windows 8 now.

in your game settings, theres some sliders for foreground and background FPS. make sure they are both set above 50 (or more if you like)

Yes welcome to the club. Apparently blizzard knows shit all about asset caching...

2500k @5ghz gtz680@1200mhz Intel SSD etc etc and it still stutters occasionally.

GPU utilization is normally 35-60%. You can do some modifications to profile settings in your drivers to inflate the usage, but as it turns out the stuttering is baked into the game engine IMHO.
