Diablo 3 Crashes Constantly

Hello,

I just purchased a new key and activated it today. I have previously used your app many times before. I have set the priority high for D3, verified that the applications listed in a previous thread were not running and interfering with it. I can't seem to get more than a few steps into a rift before the game crashes, every time I try. I have also restarted my computer several times. My log is below, please advise of any help you can provide as it would be greatly appreciated.

Currently there is an issue on win 7 machines

Since I activated my key, can that be reset so that I can just wait until it is resolved? Or will this be a quick fix?
