Diablo 3 CRASH retail. Help!

Hello!
I bought two hours ago a subscription for a week.
After launching the bot, the game lags and closes with an error after 1-3 minutes.

I have: PC
OS: Windows 7x64

I already tried:
1) Phelon version Trinity;
2) Increased priority;
3) Running with administrator rights always;
4) Shut down and remove the antivirus;
5) I checked the programs by the link:

Such programs are not installed!
6) NET framework installed and update!

currently there is an issue on Win 7 machines,do you have a Win10 system?
 
I have windows 8 and i have this error. I want a refund aswell... you guys need to come up with better support other than you need windows 10.... this is ridiculous
