Diablo 3 Being the Active Window

Hi There,
Just wondering if this is an issue or not. If I run the bot and minimize the diablo 3 window or if I run the bot and let it run in the background while I check my emails, go on fb, ..etc. is that an issue? or can Blizzard detect that the game is played while it's not the current active window?

Can anyone answer that one please?

Hasn't been an issue for me. You can't minimize it though.

How many bots are you running if you don't mind me asking? Also, why running it in the background is fine, but not minimizing it?

I multi-bot. You can have something over the windows, IE, checking your e-mail, and it is unlikely to have any impact on your odds of getting banned. There are some things that will influence it, but that doesn't seem to be one. I can't really have every bot window selected now can I?
