Its easy to just set them yourself. The existing itemlists that people have made are going to be found in the Guides section, not General.
Guide to how to use ItemList for yourself is a sticky in the Trinity forum section.
It takes about 5 minutes to set it for all of the items for the class. If you're not sure which items to tell it to save, jsut take a look on IcyVeins or DiabloFans for the builds you want, add the items to your list.
That way you know whats there. Also, you're going to want to leave no stat priorities until you get a basic version of the item. Once you get an ancient one, simply add the MUST HAVE: ANCIENT to the item in the itemlist. Once you get one with all of the required best in slot stats. set all of those affixes in the ALSO: box. Just set the quantity of the required rolls to one less than the number of rolls listed, that way you will also keep ones that can be enchanted to get that last stat.
