DH impale routine ignore elites.

i used the bundled routine that comes iwth the newest necromancer upadte, also switched to the old one ( also chinese letters ) routine that was working pre necro.
it seems the bot ignores elites no matter the routine, i also tried to customize the elite attack rules ( was on attack first) and put ignore only dampen missile but still ignores all.
