Developer tools no longer working/loading?

The developer tools button doesn't appear to do anything on my latest update - It makes my window flash and never loads - I had to use the profiles helper plugin and target a mob to get a location for a fishing profile I was using.

the log generates nothing even on diagnostic.

mouse over Devs window (windows taskbar)

right click on it and maximize

that does work - anyway to make it NOT maximized though, seems like the window is forcing full screen... sorry didn't occur to me that the window was actually coming up minimized... When I restore it or attempt to shrink the window it goes away. Also in my particular case on win7, it docked the dev window on the same icon.
