Dev Bans Question

I have those thoughts since the December ban wave...the time when i start booting. As a lot of us know..that ban wave hit a lot of players really bad...but in some threads i saw some ppl to say "db dev accounts are save". Since i am officially over with d3 booting i would like to ask if a d3 dev bot account was banned at all since then ? I don't wanna start some d3-blizzard conspiracy theory but in other hand i can't get just rid of those thoughts like that. Since then the whole db d3 community is struggling to figured out how the heck they detect us...and really "powerful minds" still can't find out. Is it really so big of a mystery or the truth is in front of our eyes ? Ban wave..means not only more d3 sold..but also more db licenses sold.
 
why license ? you buy license per instance not for each account,you dont need to buy license for each fresh account
 
License of db has nothing to do with diablo account you can attach db licence to every account you want Best Regards Eclipse
 
I know i know..my bad..about more db licenses sold. My point is that d3 helps to keep the users interests of d3..and opposite. I am pretty sure the ppl that bot woudn't spend they`r time playing d3 legitemately .

its so sad to see you say "powerful minds" yet lack the common sense to realize they have DOZENS upon DOZENS of methods to detecting botters.

Here's some.
Patterns
1000+ runs on act 3 same waypoints every damn time
24hours+ playing
massive relog attempts on maintenance
crash reports
BLOCKING AGENT.EXE FROM COMMUNICATING WITH BLIZZARD

you don't think you can just CHEAT and they not know it do you? they LET us bot because we make them money ,and we make a fraction of what they do
 
I wear those shoes since the beginning...but a 5-6 posts till now..and you guys don't get the idea behind this thread. My question is a simple one. Does any of the DB Developers accounts was banned till now or not? Suspicious is suspicious...if so many players are banned..but the db devs accounts are not.
 
yeah guy, i agree. These people who designed diablo 3 They're not down syndrome. They know when someones botting. Sometimes they just have to lay the law down. Even though they like they extra money WE botters make them, they still have to give a few tickets/slap on the hands here & there to show that the rules and regulations are NOT COMPLETELY ignored. :P I tell you one thing, i know there is people that have been botting 24/7 on 10+ accts and have been cruising smoothly no speed bumps ever, for close to a year. >_>( not a diplomat either, reg avg joes like you and i)
 
So, no one in this community deserves an answer of the question of "Are there any DB developers accounts banned since/including 18.12.2013 ?" ? We bought your bot for money..but is the trust included in the price ?

lets say you are right and they were not banned.
that probes nothing....
the dvs probably only use the bot for testing, i doubt they really bot on it to make cash :')
so the chance they will get banned are also smaller.

i dont know why you came up with this stupid idea, but ehhh, its stupid ;)

The idea is stupid cause it's based on you saying "probably" on many things. 1 Dev is booting..i know that for sure..and it's a fact based on his words. If there is even a slightest chance not a single db dev to be banned as many of us are...it might lead to interesting outcome. Well...not a single response from a db dev on that topic whatsoever...how comfortable.

you didn't buy ** kid, you paid for a temporary AUTHENTICATION KEY to USE their bot. they owe you nothing more than the .zip you downloaded with the key to connect

I mean are you truly as stupid as the level of DUMB in your posts?
 
Yes i am stupid..and i ask stupid questions also. You might call me whatever you wish..i don't mind at all. But if you are so smart as your "big" words suggest you are .. you should see the big picture behind this question i am asking. Imagine that none of the dev was banned since December and what impact that would have over theyr d3 bot selling ? No surprise none of them is paying any attention on this topic. Is better for them to be calm and not answering stupid questions like mine.

How is even possible that you might understand something else ? .. or i should explain the whole process step by step in order to satisfy your needs instead of just writhing "bought your bot". No way ...
Temporally is not always temporally .. there are also life auth keys ( and what is that but buying db )...but who am i to explain that to the smart guy.
