Desktop Composition Issue

I keep getting this error on my Windows 7

"Deactivating the overlay because Desktop Composition is disabled which causes a significant drop in FPS while overlay is active. We recommend enabling Desktop Composition because the overlay provides a safe way for Honorbuddy and 3rd party extensions to display in-game notifications and UI elements"

I enabled the Windows Aero theme. I also went into my control panel then went into performance options and there is no option to enable desktop composition. I installed a new graphics card last night the GeForce 970 and until then I haven't had this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Desktop Composition is strictly a Windows configuration problem. The "To Remedy: FPS issues caused by disabled 'Desktop Compositing'" section of this article can help you check the most common causes:

Other than that, you will need to Google to see what other things you may have done to cause it to be turned off.
