Hey Gri-Gri, Atm Tl2 is Beta and by far selfexplaining, cause there aren't that many Options 
and due Beta some of them get broke from time to time...
Atm u just have to add tanks in the Gerage-tab, maybe use the "random-wait-time"Plugin and Push the Start Button
It's Beta, make a Second WoT-Account and try everything in Tl2... Don't be too serious and just have Fun once the Beta ends and stabile is realeased there will be some Instructions for the Major langueses

I agree partially what you say, but is that "fair" that we dont have better "help" for Beta? Im not familiar with Russian but I did this one -How To download, it is temporal solution but it make life easier. (and English - Russian translation is Ugly)
Well I wait Beta will became better, BUT I do something... something what I can and I think it is good way "waste my time".
Hows testing goes,
