When a Quest Behavior claims it's deprecated, it displays a message saying it's old and has been set aside "but will continue to function as originally designed."

For the user of the profile you can simply ignore them, the stuff it spits out is aimed at the profile maker to update his profile with more current behaviors or methods of doing the intended function. You will find lots of these in older zones as they haven't had the time to replace them.
 
for this behavior my pc was turned on about 4 hours and bot wasn't toing anything. i was at work and came to home with hope that my character will be about 86 lvl and got this..... and this isnt first time.
 
when i am starting bot its just moving a little and stopping and writing this
 
somebody help me please. i can't lvl up normally for this issue after i bought honorbuddy its really annoying
 
okey but how can i avoid this stucking next time? i understand that its issue with item with soaks something from mob and this behavior isn't working correctly so in this messege is written: replace behavior. how can i replace this?

The behavior is still working perfectly fine, it's just old. It's just been replaced with an easier method so it won't be updated anymore. You're not supposed to replace it literally, the output is code to be re-done in the profile by its creator.

It's just a fluke for some reason the way the profile is coded cannot complete the objective for you, which is unlikely to happen again unless there was something specifically wrong with your character or setup. To be able to diagnose this we'd need a detailed description of EXACTLY what happens when it's killing the scorpids and how it goes about using the vial (or lack thereof), so it's easier to just do it manually. It's a jerry-rigged quest of sorts as it's just throwing the player at a scorpid, and using the vial on its dead body, which is very outdated coding but should technically work.
