If U mean it detects if it's in a BG? The answer is yes.
It will change it's targetting behaviour slightly.
If it has any real PvP combat logic? The answer is no.
If you had opened the CC yourself, U could've answered your own question
That people use it in Mixed mode, why not, even without PvP logic.
A bot aint a player, so dies a bit more more, but hey, still free honor, badges and a little XP ^^

I don't know what to look for to see if it has PvP logic. Changing target behavior is what I was looking for. Most of the past CCs I've used for other classes don't even have that, so I end up on foot chasing someone who is mounted across the zone while I am 1 mile away.
