DemondBuddy Has stopped working...

I would open diablo 3, load into a game and open DemonBuddy. I would get the messages below and it would not respond from there.

[18:17:55.559 N] Flashing window

"DemonBuddy has stopped working..."

I have the newest files and have the Microsoft Visual C++ package.
 
Are you logged all the way onto your character, or just the char selection screen?
 
just got off work downloaded new blizz patch and am getting this as well. i am loged all the way into character not just on log in screen. I am on US
