Demonbuddy wont start

i tried to start demon buddy tonight and it acts like it is going to start, but it never does, as in the program never comes up, i have used the buddywizard can anyone help i tried to get you a log but it did not make one

there is no log for when it started working, the latest log says its authentication failed, but that is not my problem as it will not even start, I accept the user account control and accept it, and the icon pops up in the task bar, and then disappears with not progam launched, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product with out and with the buddy wizard with no help I also tried running it in compatibility mode with no help, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me
