Demonbuddy wont run keeps wanting to install C++

I had demon buddy running and working then was messing around with my YAR and now it shuts off right away. Have gone and ran the Demonbuddy dependency installer and every time i run it, it wants to reinstall C++ i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and restarted my computer. No matter what i try it basically wont except my C++ and DB closes right away with no errors or anything. Any help would be nice thank you. Sorry if this is already answered i have looked all over if others had the problem and didnt find any.

download and install these, and after your done restart your pc.

I have uninstalled those and reinstalled them. I even went to mircosoft's webpage to download them. But when i run Demonbuddy dependency installer (the exe in the help folder) it always redownloads C++/can repair it or remove it every time.

have you tried installing c++?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
