Demonbuddy was unable to rename himself on startup

Basiclly that means:
"The process can't acess this file becouse it's already in use by another process".
It happens every time I close demonbuddy and try to open it.
If I restart the computer, it works normally.

Nop, that's in "my documents" by default
Tryed C: and D: too (all NTFS and internal), but without sucess.

No.
First time I run DB, it works fine. If I stop and start it again, this error shows on DB:
Compiler Error: error CS2012
Is this related?
Edit: Just downloaded .zip version, unpack in c:\db, no sucess.

I had this issue 2 days ago. Formatting solved it (I'm serious). Didn't use installer after formatting, only .zip.
I had to restart the computer everytime the bot crashed, otherwise I couldn't use it because of this message.
Even cleaned the registry for all DB references and tried reinstalling/downloading multiple versions without success.
