Imagine how nice life would be if we automated more things, like tedious tasks in real life. The economy and governments are stinting our technological evolution.
"Omg but people will lose jobs!!?" Ok, then reduce shifts on the remaining jobs so people work 4 hours at a time, deflate the cost of items so you need less money to buy the same things (It is after-all taking less human labor.)
