Around 2 weeks ago I bought an upgrade session from 1 to 3 for Honorbuddy instead of Demonbuddy, I've send an email to the support requesting if I could get it for Demonbuddy instead of the bought Honorbuddy. After about a week I got a response with "done", but I still only have one session and I have been waiting for a couple of weeks without response and I feel like I have wasted the money.
Am I just being impatient and should I wait even longer or is there something wrong with how I handled things?
