wauw nice, sorry to the germans, atleast i think youll be winning the euro cup... maybe theres even some kind of reward for waiting extra, good luck in court Db.

So all germans which are with u will get double their sessions but not gonna be able to play with a german I*?

thats not the freaking point, the point is, Bossland stands as the owner of this side, If you talk about bypasses in here, that just makes the case much worse, Bossland, cant controll what is happening on other forums, So he is not the responsibel for that action taking there,

im posting in reply to your "30 hours later" thread.

However i made my resume. Worst customers ever i had, were the Germans. I got a lot of bad manner emails, not only wasting my time, but also accuse me of, if they do not ask for refund now, they will never see their money.

So if in few days from now, the judge says, that its only prohibited for Germany / worst case European Union (who knows what LG Hamburg will or will not decide), i will make sure that at least my US customers (Hawker: All Customers that will not be included in the ruling, not US only) get what they paid for.

And delivering the software to existing customers, is another point, it shall be much easier to win. I do not even know if it is forbidden right now, or not, that ruling was a mess

as german buddy who never even wasted one thought about getting a refund, i am somewhat dissapointed to get thrown into the same bucket as some asshats who apparently have no spine at all.
even if i just purchased DB this saturday (as well as another D3 key), i never spend one thought about getting a refund.
when im doing stuff like this im in for the long haul. in reality my first thought was in the lines of "show bliz the middlefinger ? count me in, where is the donate button".

now that DB will be up and running again for everyone (except us germans) in a few hours, you can see first posts in this thread claiming the germs got what we deserved, since we all wanted refunds and gave you a generally bad time.

now i am asking myself what i have done to deserve that ? i think you get where im comming from.

apparently you only got emails from the minorty of persons who are chiken. ppl like myself possibly prefer to stay in the background, just sit it out and step up when the necessity occurs.



i would be thankfull if the mods could shut the ppl bad moouthing about the german buddys. the situation for us is frustrating enough beeing the only ones not being able to use DB in the forseeable future.
i dont need to be called names on top of that.

beeing the "big-daddy" that i know you are, maybe you might consider putting up a clarification post about your german buddys.

Many people in this community deserve being able to use this product again. Awesome news .. enjoy DB guys :P

is sad to hear the news for the germans and i really hope this issue can be settle fast in order to allow germans to enjoy DB back...

Awesome post, And indeed i do feel bad for germans, But bossland is just doing his thing to keep his business going, And for that he had to leave the germans out, FOR NOW.
I bet anyways he is doing anything he can do get back into full business once again, Dont worry,
Anyways, hope this will come to an end soon so every nation will be able to use the best bot avaible on the net.
