I used Immortal Bot for 1 month 24/7 on 2 accounts and didn't get banned.
2 days of 10 hours/day of Demonbuddy got 5 of my account banned. (Accounts that only used DB, NO IB)

Cool right?

These threads are getting old. Plenty of folks using db since launch with no bans. quit botting stupid. Blizzard bans on play patterns now not by specific bots.
 
Yea... There is no way it could have been the 5 clients you had on the same hwid/ip most likely all running the same script. DB sucks
 
yep. protip for next time.. blizz is banning people who have a lot of clients on one ip / mac id. stick with max 2 clients per to be safe

I second this!

And you should fill out a banned report, because sometimes its the profile you are running. Nothing about what DB does, its mostly user stupidity or misfortion that gets you taged

Then you can sure explain to me why i get banned with a dh running demonbuddy core runs @ ~50 games per hour, when another dh running ~55 games per hour using hellbuddy is still fine.

Your turn. Now I'm curious.

Still fine till the next ban wave, that's all. They require human verification to confirm a ban, maybe you're already flagged and they just haven't got to you yet?

It is pretty clear they are using games/hour and input limit as a way to flag botters. Why would you ever go up to ~50 games per hour is beyond me. The bot does not compensate for user's stupidity.

Running fine on all my DB bots without bans btw.

I am also using a different bot right now, since I got banned, and no problems yet. But the bot profiles are made in such a way to emulate user interaction not a bot, even when sale, repair, salvage, game creation, pathing, fighting, etc. I wont say no more, they will ban me again for not saying nice words about the bot...

I started botting on both accs the same time. Why hasn't the one acc been hit by your "banwave"? Why should they ban one account and "only" flag the other one?

Your argument doesn't make sense. "Why would you ever go up to......" because that time there where no game limits. I ran into the limits with both accounts, one got banned the other one, mysteriously survived. With your banwave logic it must've been banned too, but its not.
 
I was banned on 7 accounts using IB bot around the same time everyone was being banned using DB. Also the only reason there isn't a bunch of whiners about being banned with IB is because their forums have been offline for about a month and a half now. I used DB for a day and didn't care for it, I used IB since launch and loved some things and hated some things.

Either way you were going to get banned - had nothing to do with DB or IB. You're just a whiney little brat blaming other people for your problems.

Do paypal disputes on all of your diablo 3 accounts - I did and got all my money back. Diablo 3 botting is lame at this point anyway. The golden days have come and gone.

Learn to read, nobody talks about IB. Learn to read again, i don't whine about that i got banned, i just do research and want to know why one acc got banned while the other did not.
 
You will never know. Blizz doesn't reveal their ban methods. But i'm pretty certain there's at least a part of it being manually checking / observing accounts after being flagged by some scripts as repetitive actions. It's not hard to sit and watch most bots and clearly tell it's not a real player. That's my theory as to why all yours aren't banned yet. takes them time to flag / watch them all.

fyi. still not banned. have never been banned, only using DB. been using since launch
