Demonbuddy Loads, Plugin Tab is Empty

So I've used the newest Downloader, installed and same problem. Uninstalled DB, reinstalled DB, deleted the plugins that come with it and copied new copies from the respective threads into the plugins folder and still not seeing plugins.

I've been a paying member for about a year so have had a lot of hours logged, just never experienced this. Attached is the most recent error log, any help is appreciated.

Ugh, please close. Either the updater that ran this morning was the issue. Or it was the fact that I wasn't logged in completely before opening DB...
