Demonbuddy keeps Crashingggg!

I have used the latest version of Plugins.
And i am using the Buddywizard as well.
The DB still keeps crashing.View attachment 3768 2014-05-20 00.50.txt
it is said that theres problem with teh GreyMagic.dll but I cannot figure it out.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
and Net Framework 4.5.1 from here
run both as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
