Demonbuddy install issue

Hey I have ran honorbuddy for a few years it works no problem on my computer. I have read this tread and still cant seem to get my demonbuddy to work. I'm running windows 7 64 bit as soon as i click on demonbuddy.exe and load it i get a pop up that says demonbuddy has stopped working. I don't even have a chance to put my one day trial code in before it crashes. I was told to post a log also but i cant get one because it crashes instantly. Any ideas?

U got this issue now? or whole day?Because seen many ppl that are complaining they got errors now & some say servers crashed...

I bought the one day trial around 10 hours ago and have not been able to get demonbuddy to run at all. I doubt is a server issue because it instantly freezes up after i open the program

It says Demonbuddy has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Thanks for the help Tony it did not work it seemed to be an issue with my windows so i formatted my computer and it works like a charm now Is there any way i could get a one day trail for demonbuddy since i was unable to use mine for the past 24 hours?
