DemonBuddy has stopped working

We have 2 different demon buddy accounts and 2 keys mine is working fine but my wife's PC will not login. Has the Demonbuddy has stopped working error. Have tried relocating the install files to the "c" drive and uninstalling all c++ software and reloading it updated window 10. This other machine matches the same files on the other PC identical. And still crashes

I'm having this exact problem. I put demonbuddy on my laptop, did a fresh install the first time it wasn't working and it was still crashing. My logs are identical to OP. If you find a solution during your teamviewer session, I would appreciate it if you could post it here, hopefully I can solve mine as well.

same problem as well. Fresh everything on laptop and crashes after hitting start button. If u find a fix just post something here ill try it.
