Demonbuddy has stopped working

New installation. I get the message demonbuddy has stopped working when I try to log in. I've tried uninstalling all .net and studio references, run db installer as admin, then windows update and still having the same issue. Running windows 10 btw (had the same issue with windows 8.1 then updated to 10). Works perfect on my laptop running windows 10 aswell as another desktop I have. Log doesnt say much but here it is:
