Demonbuddy has stopped working

Hello, I recently purchased the 3 day trial for demonbuddy to check it out, but once starting it (after making sure the correct framework is set up from the help folder and running as admin) Once I enter the key demonbuddy crashes.

What can I do to hopefully correct this? Thank you
