Demonbuddy FPS problems

As i have read other ppl have simular issues, but there is no clear answer anywhere

I run D3 on 120+ FPS at all times, but once i click start it drops to 5-12 FPS, the bot stutters, and dies a lot...

I do not have the issue on my laptop however, a computer not half as good as my stationary...

Settings are simular - tried back and foreground FPS at 60/60 - 200/200 and unchecked... no difference...

Also everything is on lowest settings, i tried running the game in dx9, turned off firewall and windows defender... no idea why its doing it I need help!!

I'm running gtx 970 x2 in SLI
i7 3820 quadcore aswell

Should be more than sufficient

Had to turn of SLI
