Demonbuddy does not work, getting error message

Just purchased Demonbuddy trial access. Got key, downloaded manual, followed instructions and downloaded program. When I open demonbuddy I get the following message: "Demonbuddy has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available". Attached log file. What can I do next?

i have the same problem here it work on my desk computer on windows 7 but on my other one on windows 8 DB crash at the begining
