Demonbuddy Detection from Warden?

Just loaded up Diablo after last nights maintenance and I've been prompted with a disclaimer, as has everybody else I would imagine... I had a read through it and it mentioned about 3rd party software, bots, etc. With the new patch being only 2 weeks away, do you think it's safe to carry on using DB? Or am I just being paranoid?!? Is there any point in which we should stop botting for a while?

yup,if there is something weird our anti-warden will log you off
