demonbuddy crashes after start up

So I downloaded and installed .net framework and visual C++ and put d3 into windowed mode. I start up d3, log into my char, then I start up the DB. After I put in my serial #, my d3 window flashed then DB crashes... can someone help me?

I have the same problem the program crashes no matter what I do

I read the user guide pdf from start to finish and did everything that it said I need to do. It crashes after I input my serial number and the window flashes

Also, post a log (last one in you logs folder)

read the sticky thread in support forum. in summary you need to uninstall and reinstall your .net 4 and c++

hey all
solved that problem
i startet db
after login db closed whit no error message

i deleted the file "AuthSettings.xml" in the db folder

now it runs with no problems
