Demonbuddy - Could not read bytes from 00000040 [299]!

Hi, i am so angry right now, how do i solve this problem?
When i open Diablo 3, Demonbuddy, and press start that Error pops up.
I even tried to reinsall my PC, install ONLY diablo 3, and fix Demonbuddy, still the same problem? How do i fix this, after a little research i could not get any answers.

The only answers i saw was.
*The error was due to having Dark 3D filters enabled, on.*
*yep,dont use any D3 hacks/tools/programs or wahtever while using DB*

They were not to any help, how do i fix this? I reinstalled my hole pc and lost everything unnecessarily.

does this only happen for act 1 profiles? if so, make sure youre using the latest version of db as this bug was fixed. if youre already using the latest version, well ignore this post.

This is all step by step
Starting demonbuddy, logging in, waiting for plugins to load, pressing start, than i select routine, and that is what happens!
if i do press start once again, another error pops upp. "Could not read bytes from 00000040 [299]!"
