I figured I'd just record what I'm talking about instead of trying to verbally describe it, but basically in the video I let the bot run the first half of the core run, and it just jitters, freezes and stutters every few seconds ridiculously. As soon as I turn it off and play myself, I lock into fluid gameplay. I have everything on the lowest settings, background/foreground FPS at 60, and am looking to see what I can do to resolve this. Thanks!

What computer specs?
What does your % usage of CPU / RAM go up to during this time?
Do you have max foreground/background FPS enabled?
Lowest graphics possible? Limiting FPS cap @ 60 for mainground and 2 for background?

iMac 2.7 GHz i5, 12 gigs ram, AMD Radeon HD 6770M, running OSX Lion with Parallels 7.

Virtualization with 100% video processing to my Windows 7 instance, I can run D3 at 1920x1080 on high on Windows normally if I'm playing at a good framerate. My usage while playing is 12% of ONE of my four cores, and I have at least 7 gigs of ram free. 500 MB/s read/write SSD. As my original post says, my max foreground/background FPS is 60, as I switched it to that while reading posts. The video shown is at 800x600, everything lowest, no AA, low FX, etc. If you look at it like a minute in when I take over and start playing, it runs smoothly. Every other bot I've used has run smoothly. From Autoit ones to more direct competitors to Demonbuddy. Hope that extra info helps

The only thing I could think of is that you have the FPS options ticked on when they should be ticked off. If they aren't ticked on, then good luck.

i experience exactly the same. just bought a one day test key running arreat core profile by fenix but whenever i start the bot the game lags really bad. as soon as i stop the bot it runs normal again. i can tick on fps option to 30/30 or 60/60 foreground/bachground or tick it off nothing changes. keeps lagging. without the bot my pc can run d3 up to 8 times without much of problem but as soon as bot starts the lagging starts.

maybe i should mention that im on a windows pc not a mac like the thread starter is. also i read that with the newest update performance issues should be fixed. i have the newest version installed and still having really bad lag ingame as soon as bot is started. drops my 300k gph in arreat i get with other bots to 90k gph because its lags so badly. as i said i only bought a 1day test key to have a look at db and really would like to buy a normal licence key but as long as this lags so badly dropping my gph because of that lags i guess i have to wait with that. really hope this perfomance issue gets fixed. besides that i really like what i am seeing from the bot.

Yep, i have the same problem, even on my brand new machine which is possibly the most powerful computer in this entire buddy forum, game runs smooth as fuck, click start on bot SUPER LAG! ZOMG LAG!

Is anyone else still experiencing this? It's been awhile and I've been using IB while the profiles here improved. Tried Sarkoth today and it was stuttering like crazy still like in the video above. Can anyone help?

I have the exact same thing sitting on an

i7 2600k
16 gb 1600MHz RAM
2x 6970 2gb RADEON cards
1 SSD disk.

up untill the new version it ran okey but now i have extreme lag so im loosing quite the much gph. Tried to lock max background fps to 60 but still nothing.

I think we need to do a guide on performance tuning. Watch this space.

Just to note, when DB is running with D3, it not only severely reduces the FPS of D3, but also lags the entire computer, from web browsers, to media players, etc.
I am 100% positive this did not occur with the older versions of DB, and I have been using DB since the first day it was purchasable.

set the background fps at 60

Is there a GPH difference if I set him from 30 to 60 fps? Like I remember from the old times of warcraft that
bots need at least around 30 fps but I never tested if it increase the bot farming/GPH

nope,just perfomance differences

set the background fps at 60

Alredy tried that Tony, No difference what so ever. still lagging and losing about 300/gph

Edit: Nvm just stopped lagging for me after a few days, let's hope it dosen't return!

Turn off Windows 7/Vista GUI Areo Crap. Then install Gamebooster and run it. Gamebooster will disable as many unneeded fat bloated windows processes it can.
