Demon Hunter standing in aoe despite setting avoidance to 51 or 100

Hi, my demon hunter seems to like to stand in aoe despite all my avoidance settings checked under ground effects and misc and advanced...etc. It does not seem to matter whether in ground effects, i set the threshold to 51% or 100%.

Please kindly take a look at my attached files and tell me what I am doing wrong. Why does my dh like to eat all that aoe?
